Pivot3 is a Silicon Valley startup company in the video storage space. Pivot3 needed an engaging website redesign that would appeal to their target market. We responded with a fresh new redesign and a comprehensive Internet marketing plan that included Print, SEO and SEM campaigns.
Results
The website redesign and development of the site on a Ruby on Rails CMS significantly reduced maintenance costs and increased user engagement and stickiness. The SEO campaign has established Pivot3 as a leading brand name for several high-value industry keyword phrases on Google.
Web Application Testing
KidPhone Advocate helps parents track their child’s cellphone usage for inappropriate behavior and conversations. Prior to launch, KPA asked us to thoroughly audit their web app, testing the usability, functionality and load capacity of the application. Involved in the testing was auditing the performance of the mobile app in conjunction with the website.
Results
We put together a detailed blueprint after our audit of the web app. The results of the audit gave KPA a clear picture of the areas for improvement in their web app, ensuring a successful launch. Our load testing results also helped define the estimated load capacity of the server and web app connections to the database.
12 Month Marketing Plan
MentorNet is a Bay Area non-profit dedicated to helping women and minorities start careers in the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). MentorNet asked us to put together a comprehensive 12 month marketing plan to present to their board of directors.
Results
The report delivered dozens of new ideas that drew acclaim from the MentorNet team. It also gave them the data behind the recommendations to be able to present a solid case for boosting marketing efforts to their board of directors.
Wisemuv is a tool to help individuals make better decisions in their lives. Wisemuv asked us to help them relaunch their site with an improved UI and better usability. We followed through with a series of visual enhancements to the site that helped energize the relaunch campaign.

Sencha asked us to help them transition their company’s positioning towards an enterprise-focused revenue model. We helped design and execute an Internet marketing campaign that aligned their SEO and social media initiatives with their new business strategy.

ExtJS continues to grow and focus on the enterprise market. The site is enjoying increased exposure through SEO and social media, with traffic and traffic quality increasing throughout the campaign.
